Anthony Medina

Anthony Rudy Medina, 19, of Longmont, passed away on June 29, 2013. He was born on November 11, 1993 to Phillip and Cynthia Medina in Longmont. Anthony was the youngest of 5 children. He grew up in Longmont, CO. Attended school at Longmont High. He enjoyed mixing music and writing songs, working on cars with his Dad and hanging out with his Brother, who was his best friend. He loved his nieces and nephews with all his heart. He is Loved & Missed by everyone! He is survived by his Mother and Father, and his Grandparents, Odelia and Abraham Real and Juanita and Joel Gutierrez as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Anthony was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Juan Medina and three Great-Grandmothers, Manuelita Olivas, Barbara Wilson and Manuela Jacobs. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, July 9 at Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Home with interment to follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
