Betty George Vincent

Betty George Vincent (née Hessler), aged 95, passed away on September 6, 2024, in Longmont, Colorado. Born on August 7, 1929, in Platteville, Colorado, Betty was a cherished member of her community and a loving figure within her family.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Sherry Binkley; granddaughter, Shawna Tow (Tara Proffitt); and great grandson, Tyler Rodriguez Tow (Elena Rodriguez Tow) and a great great granddaughter Ava Rodriguez Tow. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 68 years, Shannon Vincent; her parents, George and Cora Tessler; and her Sisters, Peggy Matteson and Marg Adkinsson.

A person of many passions, Betty loved spending time with her family, nurturing her garden, crocheting, engaging in ceramics, cheering for the Rockies, and following

NASCAR races enthusiastically. These activities reflected her warm, nurturing nature and her zest for life.

A memorial graveside service will be held in her honor on September 21, 2024, 11:00am at Foothills Garden of Memory Cemetery in Longmont, Colorado. Carroll- Lewellen Funeral Service of Longmont, CO, is assisting the family during this time. Betty's life and legacy will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
