Frederick Ries

Tribute Frederick K. Ries 1944 – 2018 Frederick Ries passed away in his home surrounded by family in Longmont, on May 28, 2018. Frederick was born on January 11, 1944 in Michigan, to Kenneth and Genevieve Ries. Frederick was formerly employed with Local #150 Operator engineers. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Ries (Plese) of Longmont, CO; and children Daniel (Kam) Ries, and Teri Ries (Gary Triano) and grandsons Austyn Ries, and Kenny Ries, and granddaughters Samantha Prieto, and Maya Triano. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother James Ries and one sister Nancy Ries and a Nephew Patrick Ries. Services will be held Monday, June 4th 2018 at First Presbyterian Church of Berthoud, 531 8th street, Berthoud, CO at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory. A reception with light refreshments will be held back at the church after the cemetery services.
