Matthew Busiek

Matthew Southgate Busiek, born on December 5, 1973, went home peacefully to be with The Lord at his home in Boulder, CO, on February 2, 2017 from complications due to a rare trachea condition. Our family is so grateful to all of his wonderful friends and his associates at McGuckins, in Boulder, for the love and care that you have given to Matthew through these years and especially for how faithfully you were there for him during his illness in these last days. Matthew loved living his life here in this beautiful place with all of you. I am so happy to know that you were blessed by the joy and genuine bond of friendship that he shared with you. Now, although we share the grief of missing him so much, we can be comforted in knowing that he is now safely and peacefully with a loving God who created him to be that wonderful person we knew and loved. Matthew, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and cousin, is survived by his mother, Miley Tucker Frost, stepfather, Dr. Howard Frost, brother, David Creath, his father, George, stepmother, Pam, stepsister, Jamie, a niece and nephew, and countless friends. A memorial service will be held in Boulder. Plans are pending.
