Onetta Faye Morgan

Tribute Onetta Morgan 76, of Longmont passed away April 23, 2018 at UC Health Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont. She was born in Kansas on September 1, 1941 to Wesley and Joy (Puegh) Morgan. Onetta was a member of Calvary Church in Longmont and dedicated her life to her children, grandchildren and great granddaughter. She was a deeply religious and spiritual person who instilled the same beliefs in her family. She was an Insurance Biller for over 20 years and believed in a strong work ethic often working long hours to support her family. Onetta spent the last Ten years of her mother’s life as her caregiver making her mother’s last years easier. She loved to play cards, watching Christian channels on TV and spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her children Douglas Morgan of Platteville and Dawn Bennett of Greeley; Brothers Bill Morgan of Longmont and Phillip Morgan of Berthoud: Sisters Patti Knaus of Fort Collins, Judy Hillbrands of Longmont and Carol McCumber of Loveland. Grandchildren Casey Bennett, Cody Bennett, Caleb Bennett, Kristopher Trabue, Kohlton Grummert and Carrisa Bennett. One Great Granddaughter Annalaya. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother Vernon Morgan and one sister Joy Seaton. A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Carroll-Lewellen Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 at Calvary Church in Longmont. Interment will follow at Foothills Gardens of Memory.
