Ronald Thompson

Ronald Allen Thompson, 76, of Longmont CO. passed away on June 20, 2015 Ron was born in Burbank, Calif. and lived there until moving to Longmont in 2005. Ron loved to fish and was an avid fan of The Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos. He worked in retail sporting goods most of his life until becoming a school bus driver for handicapped students with the Los Angeles School District. Ron retired last fall after 10 years driving for S.V.S.D. A man very proud of his family Ron leaves behind his wife of 48 years, Wendla, sons Timothy and Tyler, daughter-in-laws Ali and Alicia and the shining stars of his life, his grandchildren Joseph, Amelia, Tessa and Thane. His son Travis preceded him in death in 2010. A private celebration of Ron’s life will be held at a later date. Service Information A service summary is not available
