Steven Dale Wilson

Greeley, Colorado – Steven Dale Wilson, age 66, passed away on April, 12th 2026 surrounded by his loved ones.Steve was born on May 18, 1959. He will be remembered for his hardworking nature, his quick wit, and his deep love for his family.

Steve spent much of his life working as a truck driver, navigating the highways with dedication and pride. He was a faithful Christian, guided by his belief, he found great peace in reading his bible. He was also a talented carpenter who loved working with his hands and bringing projects to life. When he wasn't building or behind the wheel, Steve was happiest outdoors. He loved cutting firewood, planting and tending to his gardens, watching the birds, and spending peaceful afternoons hanging out with his beloved little dog Chip, who was his constant companion.

More than anything, Steve loved a good laugh and good company. He was a regular fixture at the local cafe, where he thoroughly enjoyed his morning sessions with his close friends and family, trading stories that kept everyone laughing. Above all, his greatest joy in recent years was his family, and he cherished every moment he spent making memories with his beloved granddaughters.

Steve is survived by his children, Travis, Matthew and Jacob; his adored granddaughters, April, Makaila, Madilyn, Maycie and Makenzie; his extended family; Glenda, Tracy, Paul, Kathy, Darwin, Andrea, Dewey and his close friend; Susan, as well as two daughters in law; Amber and Rochelle. All will deeply miss his presence, his humor, and his steady, reliable nature.

A private celebration of Steve’s life will be held on August 15, 2026.
