Cecil L. Leeper

Cecil Leeper, age 64, of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at her residence. She was a member of New Canton AME Zion Church in Church Hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Myrtle Leeper; and sister, Estell Leeper. She is survived by her 2 brothers, James and Clifford Leeper; several nieces, nephews and extended family. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Lyons Chapel AME Zion Church in Church Hill. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor Joe Comage officiating. Interment will follow in New Canton Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.cartertrent.com.
