David Lee Rogers

David Lee Rogers, 62, of Kingsport passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2024. He was born in Kingsport to William “T” and Mildred Rogers. David was an avid NASCAR and wrestling fan. He was also an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. 

He was preceded in death by his father, William “T” Rogers; sisters, Sheila Rogers and Andrea Presnell; infant granddaughter. 

Survivors include his sons, Dustin Rogers and wife Kassie, and Devon Rogers and wife Tiffany; four grandchildren;  mother, Mildred Rogers; sisters, Pattie Rogers and Amy Bailey and husband Bobby; along with several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. 

The family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill.

Due to their mother’s health the family requests no visitors at the home. 

A graveside service will follow at Church Hill Memory Gardens with Pastor Phil Kestner officiating.
