Dorothy Bell Moore

Dorothy Bell Moore, age 91, of Church Hill, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport. She enjoyed gardening, working in her flowers, feeding and watching birds and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. Most of all she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, T.M. Moore; infant daughter, Deborah Moore; parents, Conley and Verdie Neeley; 2 brothers, Frank Neeley and W.R. Neeley; and 2 sisters, Lucy Willis and Dollie Horton. She is survived by her 3 children, Dennis Moore, Shirley Craddock and husband, Larry, and Jerry Moore and wife, Mauricia; 3 grandchildren, Brittany Parks and husband, Tyler, Kacy Craddock and Alexis Moore; great-granddaughter, Brynlee Bell Parks; sister, Imogene Dawson; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. Funeral services will begin at 6:00 pm with Pastor Chris Castle officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Kingsport.
