Evelyn Kinsler Christian

Church Hill – Evelyn Kinsler Christian, 78 of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness. Born in Hancock County, she had lived in Church Hill for most of her life. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynell Christian; daughter, Nancy Ward. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Sandy Bradley (Rick); sons, Lynell Christian (Ula) and Travis Christian; grandchildren, Jamie Bright (Steven), Christian Tate (Chase), Nicole Ward and Brandon Christian; several nieces and Nephews. The family will receive friends from 11 am until 1 pm Saturday, November 5, 2022 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home. Friends may also call anytime at the home of the daughter, Sandy Bradley. A funeral service will follow at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. William Truman officiating. Burial will follow in Christians Bend Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
