Frances Burton Parker

Frances Burton Parker, age 76, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 21, 2026. Frances was born to Fred and Nina Burton on October 8, 1949, in Rogersville, TN. Frances retired from Eastman after 34 years of service. She enjoyed working in her flower garden and taking care of her pup Brandi. Frances was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 26 years Doug Parker; children Kevin Burton and wife Amy, Brian Parker and wife Meg, and Brent Parker; grandchildren Andrew and Sarah Burton, and Henry Parker; great-grandson Luca Burton; sister Judy Shook; best friend Amy; and special cousin Walt Burton and wife Mel; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude’s Research Hospital or to your local Shriners.

In line with France’s wishes no services are planned at this time.
