Irene Gilreath

Irene Gilreath, age 79, of Rogersville, TN, flew away to her heavenly home on Wednesday, August 6, 2025. She will be remembered as a loving wife, daughter, sister and friend. Irene will be missed by all that knew her especially, her babies Little Dog “L.D” and Frisky.

Irene is preceded in death by her loving husband Harold Gilreath; father Murrell Goad; brother Homer Goad, Vernon Scott Goad; and sister Elenor Goad-Ward

Left to cherish her memory is her mother Melissa Goad-Webb; stepfather Clarence Webb; sister Margaret Crawford; brothers Jim Goad, Jeff Goad, Jack Goad; and a host of extended family and friends.

In line with Irene’s wishes the family will have a private celebration of life at a later date. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Holston Valley ICU especially Chole.
