Mary Louise Bell

Mary L. Bell, age 93, of Rogersville, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Signature Healthcare of Rogersville. She was a dedicated member of Spires Chapel Baptist Church where she was very loved. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, R. F. Bell; 2 sons, Jim Fannon and Richard Bell; grandson, Troy Fannon; parents, Rev. Harry and Florence Fannon; 3 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her son, Robert Bell (Shirley J.); 2 grandchildren, Joe Morgan and Molly Wood; great-grandson, Christopher Bell; special friend and companion, Tom Stapleton; all of her church family at Spires Chapel; and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at Spires Chapel Baptist Church in Rogersville. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 pm with Pastor John North officiating and special music provided by The Redeemed Quartet. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Rogersville, Spires Chapel Deacons and Ministers will serve as pallbearers. Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill is proudly serving the Bell family.
