Peggy Clemons Ward

Mrs. Peggy Clemons Ward of Surgoinsville passed away Monday, February 10, 2020, peacefully in the early morning hours. Peggy was a sensitive and kind mother. Wife of Howard Ward, Sr. who is laid to rest at the VA National Cemetery, at Mountain Home where she will join him. Survivors include her children, Steve Ward, Missouri, Brenda Moore, Ronald Ward and Howard Ward, Jr. of Surgoinsville, Tn.; one sister, Glenda Drinnon; many grandchildren, who we will try to instill her wisdom with in. A committal service for Mrs. Peggy Ward will be conducted at 2 pm Friday, February 14, 2020, in the Mountain Home National Cemetery. Rev. Mitchell Whisnant will officiate. Minister, family and friends are requested to meet at the cemetery by 1:50 pm Friday.
