Anthony Scott Higgins 48, of Kingsport stepped into God’s Arms on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Survivors include his parents, Bob and Kathryn Higgins; the love of his life, Melinda Chase; fur baby, Bella; special cousin, Tamara Beard; dear friend, Jay Beard. A graveside service will be conducted at 10 am on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Bethesda Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Greene County.
