Axel Lee Fowler-Self

Axel Lee Fowler-Self, infant son of Brandon Self and Kendell Fowler, passed away to be with the Lord, on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville, TN. Axel was very loved and will be forever missed by his mother, father and all his family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Allen Fowler; maternal aunt, Amanda Wilson; paternal great-great, grandmother, Lorene West; and paternal great-great grandfather, Floyd Self. He is survived by his mother, Kendell Fowler; father, Brandon Self; brother Tristen Cain; maternal grandmother, Janet Fowler; paternal grandfather, Marty Self; paternal grandmother, Shawna Worley (Wayne Ball); maternal aunts, Cheyanne Fowler, and Holly Arais (Marco); paternal aunts, Brooke Carver (Jonathan) , Brandy Weems (Phillip) and Rebecca Davis (Michael); paternal uncle, Hershel Worley Jr.; several cousins and extended family. There will be a graveside service at 4:00 pm on Sunday, August 7, 2016, at Providence Cemetery in Rogersville, TN. All those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 3:45 pm.
