Brenda Owens Wolfe

Kingsport - Brenda Owens Wolfe, 64 of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 22, 2017 at her residence following a lengthy illness. She lived in Yuma, VA for several years prior to moving to Kingsport where she had worked at TN Eastman Company for several years. She was preceded in death by her father, Chester Owens; 2 granddaughters and 1 grandson. Brenda is survived by her husband of 41 years, Glenn Wolfe; daughters, Trisha Farmer and husband Travis and Jennifer Anderson and husband John; her grandchildren, Gavin, Christine, Eli and Owen; sister, Rosella Taylor and husband Don; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2017 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dr. James B. Fields officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at East Lawn Memorial Park. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:55 a.m. Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport is serving the Wolfe family.
