Carol Ann Duncan

Feb 16, 1957 — Mar 7, 2016

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. II Timothy 4:7 KJV Carol Ann Duncan (Brown), age 59 of Church Hill went home to be with the Lord and her parents surrounded by family and friends at Holston Valley Hospital, following a lengthy illness on Monday March 7, 2016. She was a graduate of Church Hill High School and Steed College. She was a member of New Fellowship Church and loved her church family, especially her Sunday school class. She will be remembered as a loving wife, aunt and friend that enjoyed going to the beach, lake, racing and camping with friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Evelyn Brown; special aunt, Mary Lou Collins; and a special nephew, Steve Hagood "Pudge Head." She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Dale Duncan; brother, Mike Brown and wife Judy of Church Hill; sisters-in-law, Nellie Hagood and husband Ken of Church Hill and Charlene Taylor also of Church Hill; special cousins, David and Peggy Brown of Maryville; several nieces and nephews; and lifelong friend, Becky Cavin.
