Carolyn Jane Guy, age 66, of Surgoinsville, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, at Holston Manor in Kingsport. The family will have a Celebration of Life gathering from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill.
