Christopher M Miller

Christopher Martin Miller 45, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. He was an avid fisherman and also enjoyed working on cars. Chris was a loving son and enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially his mother. Chris was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Roy Denver Miller Sr. and wife Thelma Ruth; maternal grandfather, Martin " Little Mart" Christian Jr.; step- brother, Ray Williams III. Survivors include his father, Kenneth Miller Sr. and wife Linda "Kay"; mother, Phyllis Miller Thorpe; brother, Kenneth "Kenny" Miller Jr. and wife Jennifer; step-sister, Jennifer Cheek and husband Jeff; maternal grandmother, Janie Christian; special aunt, Evelyn Bailey and husband Bobby Joe; special nieces, Ryleigh Miller, Beckie Williams, Kaylee Cheek, and Kayleigh McClain; special nephew, Kenneth Justin Miller and wife Kelli; friends, Glen "Chester" Hall and Clifford Gilreath; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. The family will receive friends from 3pm to 5pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at his father's residence 240 Byington Rd. Rogersville, TN 37857. A graveside service will be conducted at 2pm on Sunday, January 7, 2017 at Bethel Community Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Webb officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 1:50pm. Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill is serving the Miller family.
