David Miller

David "Otis" Miller age 52, passed away Sunday morning, January 7, 2018. He had been in declining health for several years. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas L.and Lula M. Miller, and C. W. "Bill" and Mamie K. Nave, and his father, M. Thomas Miller. David is survived by his mother, Betty Joe Miller, his sister, Carol L. Miller, a niece, Jessica L. Norton and nephew Wesley A. Hutson. Also uncle and aunt Bob R . and Peggy N. Ferrell, and numerous great nieces and nephews and cousins. He graduated from Dobyns Bennett high school and ETSU university. He was also a proud Eagle Scout. He will be missed by friends and family. Final arrangements are incomplete at this time.
