Donald "Wesley" Fields

WESLEY FIELDS (Church Hill) Donald "Wesley" Fields, age 48, of Church Hill, passed away at home unexpectedly following an extended illness on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. He was a member of Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church in Kingsport. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald M. Fields; grandparents, Odell Frost, Elsie Dean and LeRoy and Inis Fields. He is survived by his mother, Gilda Frost Fields; sister, Jessica S. Fields; and best friend, helper and long-time love, Karen McClellan. A Memorial Service celebrating Mr. Fields life will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, October, 10, 2015 at Church Hill Health Care and Rehab located at 701 W. Main Blvd. Church Hill, TN 37642. Rev. Wayne Baker will be officiating with special music provided by, The Lighthouse Quartet. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00pm prior to the service. Friends are welcome to visit the mother, Gilda Fields anytime at the nursing home. Wesley will be laid to rest at Chesnutt Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Hancock County, TN.
