Florence Creech

Florence Helen Creech, 92, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Church Hill Health Care and Rehab. A native of Kingsport, she was the daughter of the late Norval Craft and Ada C. Dykes Bellamy. Florence was an artist. She attended Mafair United Methodist Church and was a self-taught pianist. She especially enjoyed gardening and quilting and had a love for animals especially dogs. Florence was a special mother and a great mother. Her favorite phrase was, "It will be ok." In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her loving husband, David T. Creech. She is survived by her daughter, Janette Williams and husband Robert; grandson, Robert L. Williams, and great grandchildren, Alan L. Williams and Malila S. Williams. The family will receive friends, Saturday from 11-12:00pm at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will immediately follow at 12:00pm with Rev. Kim Goddard officiating. Special music provided by Ken Alfrey. A committal service will immediately follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mafair United Methodist Church, 1409 E. Center Street, Kingsport, TN 37664.
