Jane A Wild
Sep 23, 1946 — Aug 18, 2015
Jane Allison Wild, 68, of Kingsport departed this life on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at her home surrounded by her husband, children and friends.
Jane was born on September 23, 1946 in Hendersonville, North Carolina the daughter of the late Jock Allison Norwood and Mildred Jane Hyder Norwood Banther. She graduated from East Hendersonville High School in 1965. She had a great passion for yard sales and visiting flea markets. With her soft voice and shy smile, she would always give to others and would not ask for anything in return. Jane adored her husband, family, friends, animals and was a friend to all.
Jane married Charles Wild on December 8, 1989. He was the love of her life, soulmate and best friend.
She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Wild; her children, Roy Goodman, Rodney Green, Ryan Green; her step-children Charles Wild, Jr., Jaqueline Wild and Shelia Wilke; along with numerous grandchildren, and co-workers.
Her family takes comfort in knowing that she now rests in peace in the arms of her savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, and with her beloved Shih Tzu, Tyrone, in Heaven.
Jane's precious life will be honored with an entombment service at 11:30 am on Saturday, August 22, 2015 in the Asheland Gardens of Memory, Asheville, N.C. with Tom Edwards, Chaplain, officiating.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home, downtown Kingsport, is serving the Wild family.
