John A. Wallace

John A. Wallace, age 100, passed away on October 3, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a lifelong resident of Church Hill until 2014, when he went to live with his son, Gary, in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alberta Davis Wallace. He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn (Richard) Reed, Winchester, TN; son, Gary (Donna) Wallace, of Lawrenceburg, TN; two granddaughters, one grandson, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter, one brother, Eckel Eugene (Lucille) Wallace of Falls Branch. The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am in the chapel with Pastor Richard Reed officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery in Church Hill.
