Lillian Agnes Wells

Lillian A. Wells 88, of Duffield went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 28, 2016 at Nova Health and Rehab. Lillian was born in Scott County on December 20, 1926 to the late Emory and Lucy Hill. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Burley "Boss" Wells; 2 granddaughters, Karen Michelle Raby and Cindy Walker; grandson, Brandon Wells. Survivors include her children, Wayne Wells and wife Nancy; David Farrell Wells; and Dana W. Jones and husband David; sister, Lois Bowen; 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 pm on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Scott County Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon McDavid and Pastor Joe Hill officiating. A graveside service will follow at Hills Chapel Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home is serving the Wells family.
