Mary Gail Ellison

Mary Gail Ellison, age 67, of Kingsport, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 14, 2018 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She attended Apostolic Lighthouse Church and was a Godly woman who loved her Lord and Savior. Her life was always centered on how God could use her to help others and how she could better serve him. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Gray; parents, Moses and Goldie Gentry; brothers, Moses Gentry, Jr., James Stewart Gentry and Mark Alvin Gentry. She is survived by her son, David Ellison (Tanya); grandson, David Ellison, Jr; brother, Anthony Gentry; sister, Theresa Gentry; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Kingsport. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 pm.
