Vivian Bellamy Wolfe

Kingsport - Vivian Bellamy Wolfe, 87 of Kingsport, went to be with her Savior on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Brookhaven Manor, where she had lived for the past 5 years surrounded by her loving family. Born in Scott County, VA, she had lived in Kingsport most of her life. She was a member of Morrison Chapel United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school and sang in the choir. Vivian loved the Lord and her church. She was a wonderful mother and mamaw. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Wolfe; her parents, Isaac and Lillie Bellamy; sisters, Jewel Mitchell and Geri Litle; brother, Junior Bellamy. Vivian is survived by her daughters, Cynthia Berry and husband Ed, Sandy Little and husband Steve, Begee Bigham and husband Bobby and Angie Smith and husband John; son, Jan Wolfe and wife Lou; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; sister, Alma Strong and husband Don; brother, Ronnie Bellamy and wife Marilyn; sister-in-law, Mary Ann Wolfe; brother-in-law, Delbert Litle; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday, September 21, 2015 at Morrison Chapel United Methodist Church, 2019 Chapel Drive, Kingsport, TN. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Homer Roller and Barry Poff officiating. A graveside service will be conducted at 12 p.m. Tuesday at Holston View Cemetery in Weber City, VA. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 11:55 a.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Brookhaven for their kindness and wonderful care and for the great friends she had there. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Morrison Chapel UMC. Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City is serving the Wolfe family.
