Jack Hartsock

Jack Hartsock, 88, of Hiltons went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2022. He retired from Carmel Concrete in Carmel, Indiana before returning home to Hiltons, VA. Jack enjoyed farming, gardening, and watching things grow. He was a loving husband, father, pop, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include his loving wife of 56 years, Faye Hartsock; daughters, Brenda McKinney and Jackie Stallard; grandchildren, Mark Boynton (Catherine), Annalisa Boynton Eby, Kristie Waelde (Billy), Dustin Wells, Austin Stallard; great-grandchildren, Brendan Boynton, Alexis Wells, Ryder Eby, Brooklyn Boynton, Brenley Eby, Abrielle Miskell, Stallone Eby, Aubree Wells; siblings, Sammy Hartsock (Ina), Glen Hartsock; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Beech and Cora Hartsock; sisters, Juanita Cook and Reva Hartsock; brothers, Don, Bill and Robert Hartsock; sister-in-law, Pearl Hartsock. Per his wishes no formal services will be conducted. Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home is serving the Hartsock family.
