Kathy Ann Overbay

Kathy Ann (Hall) Overbay, 59, of Church Hill, TN entered into rest on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Holston Valley Medical Center. She was born in Castlewood, VA on January 9, 1962, a daughter of the late Maynard Hall, Sr. and Margaret Faye (Rose) Hall. Kathy was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Britton and Mae Rose. Surviving are her loving husband, Ricky Overbay; sons, Kevin Webb and Chad Webb; grandchildren, Kyle Webb, Waylon Webb, Jayda Webb and Nia Webb; brother, David Hall and wife Connie. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA with Pastor Layton Bentley officiating. Carter-Trent/Scott County Funeral Home, Weber City, VA is serving the Overbay family.
