Albert Veteri

Of Waukesha, passed away peacefully on Fri, Jan 22, 2016 at Season's Hospice at the age of 76. Albert was born on Aug 19, 1939 in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, the son of Armand and Eva. He married the love of his life, Anita Gardi, on Sept 8, 1962. Al worked as a Civil Engineer. He was a longtime member of St. William Catholic Church, the Institute of Transportation Engineers, and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Al enjoyed the outdoors. Above all else, he loved spending time with his family. Al will be dearly missed by his wife of 53 years, Anita; children, Annette Veteri, Alan Veteri, and Anthony (Janelle) Veteri; grandchildren, Carina and Alexa; siblings, Marie (Carlo) Barban and Robert (Kathleen) Veteri; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. The visitation for Al will be held on Thurs, Jan 28, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Memorial Mass at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI. 53188. The Rev. Jose Nieto will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Al's memory are appreciated to St. William Catholic Church, (see address above), or the U.W.
