Arlene Ruth Brown

Arlene R. Brown of Waukesha passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, unexpectedly at the age of 83 Years. She was born in Milwaukee, the daughter of Kenard and Henrietta Frye. Arlene married the love of her life, Raymond D. Brown on April 27, 1957. She was a longtime member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Most of all Arlene loved spending time at home near the pool with her family and dog. Arlene will be sadly missed by her husband, Ray of 58 years; her children, Susan (Thomas) Elder, Jeffrey Brown and Linda (Steven) Kersky; grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley and Alyssa Elder, Colten Kersky; sister-in-law, Susan Brown and her four legged companion, Teddy; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother-in-law, Richard A. Brown. A visitation for Arlene will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 12:00 Noon until the time of the 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 424 Hyde Park Ave. Waukesha, WI 53188. The burial will take place on Monday, January, 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park, 14875 W. Greenfield Ave. New Berlin, WI 53131. (Please meet inside the gates).
