She is also survived by her grandson, Daniel Minarcik of Madison, her sister Nadine (Eugene) Garove of Pensacola, FL, special family friend Thomas Derenne of Milwaukee, and many nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 40 years, Elroy O. Schachtschneider, as well as her parents and four siblings.
