Gladys Griffin

Gladys Griffin (nee Roesler) was born into eternal life on February 24, 2025, at the age of 99. She was born in Milwaukee, WI, on May 2, 1925, and lived a life filled with love, faith, and devotion to her family.

Gladys was the best friend and beloved wife of 72 years to John Griffin, who preceded her in death in 2020. Together, they built a lifetime of cherished memories, and a family bound by love. She was a devoted mother to her son, Tim Griffin, and was blessed with her grandsons, Joshua (Tricia) and Daniel Wilson. She took great joy in her role as a great-grandmother to Riley and Brode Wilson. Gladys was preceded in death by her dear husband, John, and her beloved daughter, Gale Griffin.

Her kindness, unwavering faith, and gentle spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. She will be remembered for the love she shared, the wisdom she imparted, and the legacy she leaves behind.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 28, 2025, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 W. Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI 53188. Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until the start of the service at 3:00 p.m.

May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with her loved ones in God’s embrace.
