Juana Rodriguez

Juana Rodriguez (nee Armijo), of Waukesha, entered eternal life on November 3, 2017, at the age of 79. She was born November 15, 1937, at San José del Plan, Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico to Bardomiano Armijo and Cresenciana Martinez. Juana married her husband Cirilo in 1954 in Edinburgh, TX. Juana worked in housekeeping for many years for Waukesha Memorial Hospital, the Marriott Hotel, and for River's Edge Condominiums at the GE Education Center. With her husband, Cirilo, she owned and operated El Diamante Mexican Food Store from 1974 to 1984. Juana will be sadly missed by her children, Evangelina (Tina) Dennis, Irene (Jose) Godina, Juan, Cirilo Jr. (Julie), Alicia (Alex) Silva, Pedro (Kelly), Gloria (Desmond), Braulio (Lori); grandchildren, Monica, Angelica, Juan Jr., Ramiro, Daren, Erika, Raymond, Guadalupe, Melissa, Michael, Amanda, Dylan, Naomi, Victoria, Rebekah, Isaiah, Sophia, Gabriel, Guillermo, Antonio, Jaime, Kristina, Aaron, DeLeah, Deja, Joshua, Cassandra, Mia; over 30 great-grandchildren; brothers, Ignacio, Francisco, Eliseo, Mauricio; sisters, Lydia, Beatriz, Antonia, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cirilo; daughters, Maria, Sylvia, Maria (Juan) Paz; brothers, Juan, Abdon, Roberto, Pedro; mother-in-law, Maria Garcia; and father-in-law, Juan Rodriguez. The visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to the 7:00 p.m. funeral service at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The burial will take place privately at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
