Mark A. Ceplina passed away on Friday December 3, 2021 at the age of 55. Born on September 8, 1967 to Alois and Betty Ceplina (nee Keene). Mark enjoyed Fishing, family, welding for fun and fabricating. Creating his own things and building them. End tables, bean bag games, railings, swing frames. He was so smart and so creative he just loved building things from his own ideas!!!!! he also loved gambling,Admiral Nelson and Pepsi. Most of all he enjoyed MAKING PEOPLE SMILE AND HAPPY !!!!!!
