Winifred A. Woodley

Winifred A. Woodley (nee Harlson) Of Waukesha, died on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at the age of 86 years. Winifred was born in Sand Creek, WI on December 27, 1930 a daughter of Orien and Anabel Harlson. She married the love of her life, Roy Woodley Jr., on July 11, 1949. Winifred enjoyed bowling, crossword puzzles, and watching Jeopardy. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Winifred was well liked and loved in the community and she will always be remembered as the back bone of her family. Winifred will be dearly missed by her children, Alan (Janet) Woodley, Karen (Jeff) Leis, Donald (Susie) Woodley, James (Lori) Woodley, Edward (Julie) Woodley, Susan (Bruce) Omdoll, William (Lisa) Woodley, and Roy III (Cheryl) Woodley; 36 grandchildren, 54 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Maxine (Richard) Chick, Martha (Clarence) Gruber, Fredrick (Nolene) Harlson, Roger (Nancy) Harlson, and Larry (Nancy) Harlson. Winifred is further survived by other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Rebecca Gereau; parents and siblings, Ruby VanVorst, Betty Schalinskei, Melva Gereau and Orval Harlson. The visitation for Winifred will be held from 10:30AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:30PM on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. Burial will be held at Wood National Cemetery at 2PM (please meet at the cemetery).
