Carol Ann Gary

Carol Ann Gary (Turner)-Age, 79 passed away at her residence in Punta Gorda, FL on October 26th, 2026. Carol was born on March 6th, 1947, in San Diego, CA. Carol enjoyed reading, shopping, traveling, spending time with family and friends, loved going to church and collecting antiques.

She is survived by a brother David Paul (Luanne) Turner, 3 nieces, Rebecca Turner Stephanie Cecil-Spaulding and Brittany Phillips, one nephew Jason L (Sarah) Turner and their four children. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Paul Gary, her parents Jet and Patricia Turner, a brother, Jet Stanley Turner II, one sister, Mary Patricia Turner, her stepfather, Lloyd D. Kawakami and one nephew Thomas Turner.

A celebration of life will be held at the family’s residence at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made in her name to Carol’s favorite charity, The Wounded Warriors Foundation.
