Donna Jean Albertson

Donna Jean Albertson, born January 21, 1959, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. She was a devoted mother to her beloved daughter, Sara, and Sara’s fiancé Sebastian Starud, and a long-time partner of Erv Miller, who stood by her side with unwavering love. Donna was a cherished sister to Monica Palivoda (Joseph), Mark Pribish (Linda), and Laura DeFranco, and was preceded in death by her brother, Richard and parents Richard and Shirley Pribish.   She was a proud aunt to many, spreading joy and warmth to her nieces and nephews, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts. Known as a friend to all, Donna radiated kindness and positivity, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her vibrant spirit and ability to connect with others made her a beloved figure in her community. Donna was a remarkable woman who loved deeply and cared for everyone.  She wanted to help anyone and everyone, even if she made herself crazy doing it.  When life threw her curve balls, she threw them right back and came out stronger.  She was very resilient and instilled strength in all her family, which is the reason we’ll all find ways to get through this immeasurable loss. Donna will be deeply missed and remembered for her loving nature and the countless lives she touched with her friendship and kindness. Her legacy of love, friendship, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her and her unwavering spirit will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.  A celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 in Sugarcreek, Ohio.
