Nora Darene Baker, formerly Nora D. Long, passed away on October 10, 2026, in Port Charlotte, Florida. Born on August 26, 1951, in Peoria, Illinois, Nora lived a life marked by family, partnership, and a love for antique and classic cars.

Nora shared her life with her husband, Jack Baker. Together, they built and successfully operated two businesses, combining dedication, hard work, and a strong partnership. Over time, their shared passion for antique and classic cars became a central focus of their lives. Nora cherished her role in that world and the experiences, friendships, and memories it brought. Dear friends made along the way.

Above all, Nora will be remembered for the life she built and the family she loved. She is survived by her husband, Jack Baker; her daughters, Kimberly Anne Grisham and Odessa Dawn Long-McLaughlin; Jack’s son, Tom Baker; and their grandchildren. Love for their fur babies was another joy she had.
