Robert C James Jr

Robert (Bo) James passed peacefully on September 16, 2025.  He is at peace and had a lifetime of memories of family and wonderful friends.  He was born in Manhattan to Anne James (Shanahan) and Robert James, Sr.   He is survived by his former wife (and still lifetime friend) Joanne James, his wonderful son Robert and beautiful grandson who held his heart Robert Michael, his sister Liz James and Margaret Betaudier and his brother in law Kenneth French.  He has so many nephews and nieces, too many to name but he loved you all.  His late sister Barbara is waiting to welcome into heaven. 

Bo worked on the New York Stock Exchange for about 30 years and after 911 the family moved to Punta Gorda, Fl.   We joined Sacred Heart Church where he became the Life Teen Minister.  He loved guiding and helping children see their potential. He will be missed every single day.  A giant light has dimmed in this world, but when you look up he will be shining down on you.
