In Loving Memory of Scott Brattebo

Scott Brattebo passed away on June 1, 2026, at the age of 65.

Born in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, Scott was the youngest of seven siblings. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and could often be found on the golf course, one of his favorite places to be. Whether sharing stories, laughter, or simply enjoying the company of those he cared about, Scott valued the time spent with the people he loved.

Scott experienced profound loss during his lifetime with the passing of his youngest son, Spencer Brattebo, who preceded him in death.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marie Brattebo; his son, Carson Brattebo; his future daughter-in-law, Dae McRath; his siblings, Linda, Mark (Fariba), Brian (Susan), Joni (Dean), Jan (Rich), and Julie; members of the Hart family; many nieces and nephews; and numerous friends whose lives he touched throughout the years.

Those who knew Scott will remember the moments shared with him, the conversations, the gatherings, and the memories created over a lifetime. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

The family sincerely appreciates the support, prayers, and kindness extended to them during this difficult time.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on June 14, 2026, at the Hart Residence, N5552 Beich Road, Portage, WI 53901. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., followed by a eulogy and the spreading of ashes at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be made to a mental health organization to be selected by the family at a later date.
