Emil Karl Kardos

Emil Karl Kardos, 63, husband of Teresa Kleinhenz Kardos, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 14, 1963 to the late Karl and Maria Banfi Kardos. Emil worked for Toyota as a Seibe Technician Production Engineer. He was a “jack of all trades”; he could do anything from rebuilding cars to home improvement. Emil loved racing cars and 3 D Printers.

In addition to his wife of 32 years, he is survived by his daughters, Hanna Drury (Tyler), Sara Kardos (Kenzie Weyer), and Lizzy Kardos; his son, Jacob Kardos; his sisters, Malvina Kumar and Mary Hopton (Matthew); his brother, Karl Alex Kardos; and his grandchildren, Aiden Drury and Axel Drury.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Margarethe Trinks.

Celebration of Emil’s Life will be held from 12:00pm until 3:00pm on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
