Roger Dale Mahuron

Roger Dale Mahuron, 72, husband of Marilyn Mahuron, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 in Frankfort. He was born in Pekin, Indiana on July 10, 1954 to the late Lloyd and Nellie Bateman Mahuron. Roger worked for the Federal Prison Systems as a Kitchen Manager, and was a Veteran with the Coast Guard after serving ten years. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife of 46 years, Marilyn, he is survived by his sons, James Mahuron and Ronald Mahuron. Also survived by a sister, Robin Bishop of southern Indiana. He was preceded in death by a brother.

Services will be private. Donations in Roger’s memory are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Cremation handled by Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort, Ky.
