Willa Mae Oney

Willa Mae Oney, 82, wife of Dean Oney, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. She was born in Liberty, Kentucky on June 7, 1943 to the late Edward and Adell Vanoy Camden. Willa loved ordering off the QVC Channel and spending time with her grandkids.

In addition to her husband of 61 years, she is survived by her daughters, Deborah Hunter (Grant) and Brenda Oney; her sister, June Camden; her brothers, Clifford Camden Sr., J.W. (Lois) Camden; and Louis Camden; her grandchildren, Timothy Hamilton (Amanda), Jacob Cummins (Brianna), Kaylin Shuck, and Delaynie Shuck; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Ariane, Cameron, Aleigha, Karson, Wesson, Nova, and Denali.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Childers; and her brothers, Herschel Camden and Gilbert Camden.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort with Teresa Camden officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Frankfort. Serving as casketbearers will be Timothy Hamilton, Jacob Cummins, Kaylin Shuck, Delaynie Shuck, Doug Childers, and Scott Camden. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd, Frankfort. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Woodford County Humane Society or to the American Heart Association.
