Albert Earl Franklin, 78, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018. The widower of Susan Vance Franklin, Albert was born May 25, 1940 to the late Albert and Katherine Davenport Franklin, in Frankfort, Kentucky. Albert is survived by his children, Becky Franklin, Versailles and Roger Masters, Frankfort; brothers, Gene Franklin, Tennessee and Jim Franklin, Frankfort; and a grandson, Andrew Masters, Frankfort. A Funeral Service will be held Monday, January 7, 2018 at 1:00pm, officiated by Rev. David Smith.
