Obituary Amy Lee Johnson, 78, the wife of Forrest Johnson, passed away on January 24, 2010 in Midwest City, Oklahoma. She was born on February 3, 1931, in Big Sandy, Tennessee, to the late Harold Charles and Elsie Hancock Giles. In addition to her husband Forrest Johnson, she is survived by her daughter, Lynne M. Johnson; her son, Alan L. Johnson; and her sister, Betty Lou Robertson. Funeral Information A Memorial Service will be at 11 am, Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Clark Legacy Center, followed by burial at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
