Angelos Pagoulatos

Lexington, KY Angelos Pagoulatos, 70, died June 14, 2016. He is survived by his son Timothy Shannon; sister Elena Pagoulatos; brother Emilo Pagoulatos; niece Liliana Dikis and nephew Victor Dikis. He is preceded in death by his parents Christopher and Maria (Prati) Paloulatos. Angelos was a retired professor of Agriculture and Economics at The University of Kentucky, where he not only served local entities, but traveled the world to help educate and train people in South America, Africa, Europe and Asia.
