Anna Lee Brandenburg Wilson, 89, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018. A native of Scott County, Kentucky, Anna was born January 1, 1929 to the late Colonel Taylor and Nancy Gray Brandenburg. Loving widow of the late Coy Wilson, she was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Frankfort.
She is survived by her children, Linda (Charles) Marcum, Frankfort, Paul E. (Linda) Wilson, IN, and Billy Wilson, Versailles; sisters Gloria Mudd, Sadieville and Judy Johnson, WA; brothers, Herman Brandenburg, FL, J.M. Brandenburg, Winchester, and Donnie Brandenburg, Georgetown; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great and great great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Coy, and parents, Anna was preceded in death by two daughters, Nancy Delores Shepard and Sherry Shepard and two sons, David Wilson and Timmy Wilson.
A Funeral Service will be held 10:30a, Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home, 241 Rose Hill Ave in Versailles, officiated by Rev. Winston Hatcliff, with burial to follow in Midway Cemetery. Paul Wilson, Billy Wilson, Devin Shepard, Michael Shepard, James Marcum, and Jerry Marcum will serve as Pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6p-8p, Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at the funeral home.
